You can register for Wellspring Alberta programs using our online registration system called GameTime. Programs are available free of charge and without referral to anyone living with cancer – for those diagnosed, caregivers and kids.

Creative Journaling

In Creative Journaling, participants use words, visualizations, and a variety of mixed media techniques to unearth, explore and document their thoughts and emotions. Drumming

As people move toward an enlightened view of health and personal well-being, ancient rituals such as drumming have resurfaced and found their place in modern times. Drum circles have become especially prolific in health and business environments, commonly prescribed for physical and emotional healing and as an antidote for stress.

Energy: Reiki, Healing Touch, and Therapeutic Touch

Wellspring members are offered the opportunity to sample three energy-based modalities, including Healing Touch, Reiki and Therapeutic Touch, performed in a safe space with vetted volunteers who are certified energy practitioners.
